Food! I love food! From fondue in Switzerland to paella in Mexico to a camel burger in Dubai, I love to try new foods in new places with new friends. One of the greatest pleasures in life is to share a meal with someone who interests you.

Breaking bread together is an intimate process of getting to know someone. Being invited into the home of a local resident is one of the highest compliments one can receive. Most importantly it means “I trust you. I want to get to know you better. I want you to get to know me better, too.”

Here we will sample new foods, recreate recipes of foods that we have sampled as a result of our travels, talk about the “it” places to dine, share stories of a fantastic meal and make new foodie friends all around the world. I invite you to my virtual table. So, let’s break bread together, virtually. Above all, I’m glad you’re here! Bon Apetite!
